Logisbag had the business plan and structure completed but it needed to develop a minimum viable product to launch on the market and be able to start developing its business plan.
The collaboration between Holdmin and Logisbag It began in 2019, with the development of the platform design and user flow.
Once the design was verified, the marketplace began to be developed with all the necessary features such as categorized filters, independent and very specific records for bidders and demanders, a custom search engine and an automated payment platform.
Once the development was completed, it was launched on the market, and Holdmin continues to offer strategic and marketing consulting support to continue improving their results and automating marketing tasks.
